A note from Tina…

Have you found, as other educators have shared with me, that COVID seems to have created students we don’t recognize with low-level behaviors we don’t know how to change?

The unique needs of each individual student might have you thinking to yourself some days, “the only thing my students have in common is their age,” and you wouldn’t be wrong.

As much as this is not wrong, I want to tell you that classroom management is not so much about the students, as it is about the leader in the room – YOU. And you are able to do it because classroom management is not a program to put into place, but instead a system that runs the learning in your room. This system recognizes who you are and provides the tools and strategies to communicate them with your students.

You’re a great teacher, one who knows your content, delivers it with creative lessons, and cares for your students. Don’t allow low-level behavior to drain your energy or rob you of the joy you expected to have teaching students.

Invite me today to equip your faculty with these tools and strategies that equip teachers and schools to put into place a strong system which provides a solid foundation to manage a classroom. Making your school a place where students are kind to adults and each other and disruptions to instruction don’t exist.
There is Hope for Peace in Your Classroom.
